Reign & Restore Aesthetics Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Reign & Restore Aesthetics, your appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that life happens — however, last-minute cancellations and no-shows disrupt the schedule and limit availability for other clients. To respect everyone’s time, please review our updated policy: ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total. • The cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file or deducted from any deposit paid. ⸻ No-Show Policy • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged a 25% no-show fee based on the total cost of the missed service. • Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings or require prepayment in full to schedule. ⸻ Late Arrivals • Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled — and may be treated as a no-show. Please contact provider if you are running late, we may be able to adjust. ⸻ Deposits • Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit to book, which will go toward your service total. • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit may be forfeited or applied to the 25% cancellation fee. ⸻ Emergencies & Illness We understand that unexpected situations arise. In the event of illness or emergency, please notify us as soon as possible.
